Pilot project as a basis for transition to BIM design

A pilot project is the implementation of a project using information modeling technology by a pilot group (consisting of employees of the Customer's company).

The pilot team for the task of modernizing the design process is selected from specialists in different sections of the project, for example, a BIM Manager, 2 design engineers, an engineer, an electrical engineer.

Participants of the pilot group acquire skills in working with specialized SOFTWARE for creating information models: architectural, design, engineering networks.

The project summary information model consists of information models of project sections.

The BIM Manager creates and adjusts all BIM regulations and BIM processes during the pilot project implementation.
